  • What ongoing support do you offer?

    We don’t simply launch your website or app and say goodbye; we provide ongoing monthly support to assist you with website administration, content updates, business guidance, and to help identify future growth opportunities.

  • How can I budget for my project?

    Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of your project. We can however offer a personalised, monthly payment plan if budgets are tight.

  • How do you accept payments?

    We accept payment via direct bank transfers and on-line payment links such as Stripe, PayPal and Go Cardless. Most credit and debit cards are accepted.

  • What is my investment guarantee?

    We work with you every step of the way and if you are not satisfied with the service received we offer a full refund. We also offer 3 design iterations on all website and app design projects so you will have opportunities along the way to make changes.
